Dominical house Rental Property Information

Many people coming to Dominical think that the best rental would be on the beach. Fact is that it is hot and the mosquito and sand fleas are abundant, no breeze and the smell of the diesel trucks will surely wake you up in the morning. Up in the mountain there is a nice breeze, bugs are at a minimum and it will be the howler monkeys that wake you up in the morning. Located 1000 feet above sea level, this lovely 2 bedroom house with 2 private bathrooms will offer the peaceful tranquility of a vacation get a way. One bedroom has a double bed and ceiling fan. The other bedroom has a single and double bed with air conditioning. A 32” TV with a giant library of DVDs is at your disposal. The pool overlooks the Pacific Ocean with two lounge chairs for you catch up on your reading or your tan. A maid will come and clean once a week or more if needed. Very close by is Dominical’s only movie theater. Every Friday night (dry season only) there is a pot luck dinner and film program.
