This summer, relax on the porch and soak up the quaint vista of a Martha’s Vineyard-type atmosphere in this mint condition two-story Victorian located in the Shell Pointe district. Upon entering, you will be captivated by the attractive appearance that invites you forward to have a look around. The 1st floor includes living room/dining area, one bath w/brand new shower, and brand new kitchen! The 2nd floor includes two rooms, one with a double-bed and the other with two twin beds & pull-out cot. These two bedrooms comfortably accommodate 4. The pull-out sofa and additional cot allows for maximum of 6 as a viable option. Kitchen is equipped with brand new self-cleaning oven-range, fridge and microwave.
