Terra Verde townhome Rental Property Information

Situated within the luxury gated resort of Terra Verde, this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom town home is only 10 minutes from all Disney attractions and a few minutes from Wal-Mart and a selection of restaurants. The home is fully equipped with a kitchen, laundry room ( large washer/drier), dining area, living area (with sofa bed, TV/ DVD) and private patio with table, chairs and 8 seater hot tub. Upstairs there is a family bathroom, 2 twin-bedded rooms and 1 master bedroom with a queen bed,TV and en-suite bathroom. A short stroll (2mins) takes you across the fishing lake to the Clubhouse area with a heated walk-in pool (ideal for small children) spa, loungers and tiki hut. For fitness addicts there is a volleyball court and a basketball court. Inside the Clubhouse is a fitness center, games room, a large community room, concierge desk and free Internet access.There is also a room available which can be hired for private functions. Guests have free access to all resort amenities.
