Have wireless for computer. but only a basic TV/ DVD/ VCR set up for movie watching. 2 small TV/VCR combos, another TV with DVD player and VCR in loft. Have central air on main floor only. Upstairs has ceiling fans. Loft upstairs is extra sleeping with Daybed/pop-up trundle and aerobed if more comfortable, loft is also craft/play area for the kids- but don't let them climb on balcony railings for their safety please. Kids very welcome but would need to watch any climbers- lots of upstairs windows/doors/balconies. Washer/ dryer downstairs in basement- as is workout room, game room. Extra sleeper sofa living room- more comfortable for kids than adults.

Private Association Beach Rights and More: Private Association Lake Michigan Beach Access- very private beach 5-10 minute walk through wooded path but worth the trip- huge sandy beach with no large stones, gradually sloping out to 2 sandbars. Campfires allowed, well-behaved dogs allowed, picnics, grilling, even camping . Yard has flagstone firepit for s'mores making, screened porch leading to multilevel deck, water feature with waterfalls, goldfish / frogs runs along deck ending in very shallow pond for kids safety, but great exploring for little ones. Outdoor wicker, bar, Weber charcoal and gas grills, hammock in shade, play set with swings, fort with cedar roof, slide, sand box, climbing wall, baby pool. 1/2 acre fenced in yard and dog door for fido's comfort as well.

Spacious Cottage- Best of Both Worlds This spacious home has enough room for the extended family to visit comfortably yet all the charm of a beach cottage with open eves, 2 upstairs balconies, loft area open to the massive great room below. New kitchen with stainless steel appliances, duel fuel stove with extra oven, and all cookware needed. 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Daybed, kid toys, TV, library, and craft table in loft. . Wood fireplace in living room. Games, weight room, laundry and dryer in basement.

Local attractions and things to do Rent kayaks in New Buffalo or bring your own. Or put in your boat in New Buffalo and boat up to beach for the day; Quiet rural roads great for hiking, biking; Yet able to bike (or good walk) to Swedish Bakery, restaurant, coffee house, antiques, and more; Visit local wineries, fruit farms - blueberry picking very easy walk behind property when in season!) For kids, Mikes Fun Park, Deer Forest, Curious kids Museum, Timber Town and more - we'll leave you a list Great restaurants throughout Harbor Country; Outlet malls and local zoo short drive to Michigan City; Warren Dunes State Park just minutes away for large dune hiking experience, trails, etc; 45 minutes to Notre Dame, 90 miles to Chicago. Area: All that Harbor Country, Michigan has to offer.
