Panama City Beach condo Rental Property Information

Fabulous view of the gulf! End unit with a great view all the way to the jetties. The living room and kitchen have been recently remodeled. It has new floor tile, new sectional sleeper sofa with queen size bed, new ottoman that converts to a twin size cot, new tables, new artwork, new lamps and new DVD/stereo. The condo is professionally decorated and has ceramic tile throughout all of the unit. There are tvs with cable in both the living room and bedroom. The bedroom has a queen size bed with a down pillowtopper. It has a fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, blender and coffee maker. Sunbird is a family-oriented complex and is located directly on the beach. It has three pools (one is heated), two tennis courts, two squash courts and two shuffleboard areas. Bring your beach towels and have a great time!
