We provide many games and toys for the beach and the villa’s private pool, including snorkeling gear. Villa Las Palmas is one villa off the sand, has 5 multi-tiered spacious verandas all with ocean views, a private palapa for small gatherings or relaxing in the hammock, and a rooftop palapa bar with furnishings to enjoy 360 degree views and sunsets! For stays of 7 nights or more, payments are refundable if a cancellation is made prior to 90 days before arrival AND we are able to re-rent the villa for the same time periods.
There is a cancellation fee for all cancellations in the amount of one night’s rental rate.
Any refunds will be returned once all re-rented dates are confirmed with payment.
We are happy to accommodate your pets ONLY when previously agreed to in writing, and with pet deposit.
All rooms are non-smoking.
