Dining area: Adjoining dining area with upgraded furniture. Equipped with comfortable dining chairs and formal dining table with seating for 6. Telephone with free local calls. Kitchen: Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with cutlery, glassware, crockery, pots, pans, casserole dishes. 4 ring hob/stove top, oven, grill and microwave. Fridge/freezer, ice maker, dishwasher. Coffee maker, blender, toaster. Washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Patio doors leading from lounge to screened pool enclosure with massive lanai (covered patio area for alfresco dining), west facing 28' x 14' pool, hot tub/jacuzzi/spa and sundeck. The pool, lanai and sundeck overlooks water/large pond/small lake to the rear. So you are not overlooked by other houses from the back.

There is a 60' lawn between the house and the lake/large pond. You get the sun from morning till sunset. Watch the sunset ! Provided are poolside terrace furniture with comfortable cushioned sun loungers, cushioned chairs and patio table. There is outdoor lighting and a ceiling fan for that cool alfresco dining experience. The local shops are 3-4 minutes walk away. There you can buy provisions and hire videos. There is a Private Game Room with Pool table, Air Hockey table, Table Tennis table and Electronic Dart Board. There is a PlayStation 2 in the second bedroom. Hot Tub/Jacuzzi under the shade and privacy of the lanai. There is a huge lanai (outdoor sitting and dining area). There are tables and outdoor dining chairs and a ceiling fan under the lanai. The sun deck spans the width of the house and overlooks the pool and the large pond. There are 2 sun loungers and basketball facility overlooking the pool.

The pool is above average size of 14'x28' and is gas heatable.
