DESCRIPTION: Condo 503 is a 1650 spacious square feet 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium. Newly REDECORATED and remodeled in Oct. 2005 by Artell/Modaentelas by Lupe Wulff, this spacious centrally air-conditioned (but you won't need it during high season) condo features a warm and cozy modern interior. Vibrant colors and textiles, local pottery, and art by local Mexican artists complete the feeling of luxury. The Master Bedroom has a king bed and ceiling high french doors that completely open the room to the view and 2nd Bedroom with twin beds that can be combined to a king with a tanning patio. The kitchen, dining room and living room are spacious and bright. The living room has identical french doors to the bedroom and completely open the end of the unit to the large plant and flower filled deck. Dining on the deck perfect for morning breakfasts and evening cocktails. Patio also includes built in BBQ. BATHROOMS: We have two FULL bathrooms - both with soaker tubs and showers.

Talvera sinks and Mexican tile complete the look for an authentically Mexican decor. KITCHEN: The kitchen has been REMODELED with new cupboards, counters and new tile in 2005. We also added a hanging glass holder to make reaching those Margarita glasses convenient. It includes a refrig, stove, microwave, blender, juice maker, coffeemaker, mixer, and all the cookware you could ever need to prepare meals in your home away from home. The building has a private water purification system making the water safe to drink. LIVING AREA: The dining room has a large round glass table with a beautiful chandelier hanging above it. You can entertain here in style. The living room is decorated with vivid Mexican colors, and has two very comfortable chairs for your reading pleasure and loads of sofa room. In the living areas, you will find books, CD, Videos, and the CD player. The large television is hooked to cable and there is a directory of stations listed in the condo.

VIEW: Stupendous, awe inspiring, WOW! With a complete 180 degree view, you can see the entire bay and watch cruise ships come and go, the pirate ship deploy fireworks, day boaters, fishermen, divers and whales. You have it all. The 5th floor location of this unit and the fact that the building is perched on a knoll about 20 floors above beach level situates the unit ideally to appreciate the natural beauty of jungle and sea meeting. You can lay in bed and have the same view. Watching sunsets from our deck is something to behold.
Amenities:
To ENJOY in the unit: Cable TV, VCR, CD Player with lots of music CDs, telephone, dial up internet connection, ceiling fans in every room, air conditioning (but you won't need it), telephone, books, videos, games, and cards. A large plant filled deck stretching the width of the unit with built in BBQ and lots of room to lounge in the refreshing ocean breezes.

We have one of the few private water purification systems which can safely be drank straight from the faucet. There is a laundry room in the unit with Maytag washer & dryer. Maid service one day each week is included with your accommodations (extra charge for daily maid and cook service) and all linens are provided. To ENJOY in the building: Huge swimming pool and sun deck, English speaking staff, full time administrator on site, 24 hour security guard, secure access only by gate key, friendly neighbors. To ENJOY by proximity of location: You can walk to town (just over a mile) down the QUAINT and PICTURESQUE cobblestone lane, Santa Barbara, (millionaire's row) to the Zona Romantica and the central Malecon area or you can take a bus or taxi next to condo.

Golf Information: Your access to the beach (within 500 yards) is by walking down the stairs from the pool, across the street and down a path which leads right to one of three interconnecting beaches - all offer just a little different access to the water. You can also walk the beaches to town for a slightly shorter access route than the road. There are quiet pools for the faint hearted and shallow approaches for those that swim in the sea. These beaches are among the select few that offer privacy and freedom from solicitations of vendors and where you can easily swim. You are also within steps two great restaurants - the El Set and the Lindo Mar. It enjoys a prestigious location in the Conchas Chinas neighborhood surrounded by palatial estates.
