The home is comfortably furnished with modern conveniences. The living room windows provide plenty of sunlight for reading or a warm, sun-bathed afternoon lounge. There is comfortable furniture for reading or relaxing in both the living and family rooms. The new spacious kitchen includes a sunny eat-in dining room with plenty of room at the table for six. The entire house is newly remodeled with new floors throughout. The newly built family room includes lots of windows, outside access, an electric fireplace, and a laundry room. You can watch TV or your favorite DVD. There is also a game table perfect for board games or a friendly game of cards.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $1000/wk-2200/Month
  • Sept thru May - $1000/week and $2200/month. Additional nites at $100 per.
    June thru August, Thanksgiving week and Christmas week - $1200/week. Additional nites at $200 per.
    No Monthly Rentals in Summer.
    All rentals require $500 refundable security deposit to hold reservation.
    There is also a $80 non-refundable cleaning fee.
    Reservations canceled more than 30 days prior to start date receive full refund. Those less than 30 days are subject to loss of security deposit, depending on time frame.
    Payment by credit card must be done through PayPal. Personal checks accepted.
  • Additional nights @ $200/night. Cleaning fee is $80.00.

Each bedroom has been individually decorated keeping in rhythm with the slow-paced seaside life. The front porch runs the length of the house and contains comfortable seating. When the surf is up, you can hear the waves. The backyard is large enough for a family to enjoy lawn games, eat at the picnic table, and is fully fenced in case your dogs accompany you for your stay. There is a DVD player in the family room, satellite TV, and high speed internet access. Two of the bedrooms also have TVs with satellite hook-up. One bedroom contains a full-size bed and sliding door access to the backyard, one bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom contains two twin beds (daybed with trundle). All are very bright and well decorated.
