Michigan City house Rental Property Information

This new home is ready to start your summer with pure pleasure. This striking A Frame is located just three short blocks from a private beach on Lake Michigan. Enjoy yourself in the luscious great room with a fireplace, thirty foot vaulted ceilings, large plasma TV, and a dinning area with a table to accommodate eight people. Next to the great room is a fully equipped modern kitchen with a snack bar. Also off the great room is a large wrap around deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee. This large deck also leads to a large private brick patio where you can enjoy your grilled lunch and dinner. There are three bedrooms and three baths. Upstairs is the private master suite with a king size bed, TV, DVD, and a Jacuzzi tub. This master suite leads to a large scenic, comfortable loft area where you can enjoy a quite afternoon. Then there are two bedrooms and a bath on the main floor. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other room has two twin beds.

The lower level has another rec room with a game table, TV, VCR, a sleeper sofa, and a bathroom with a shower. There is also a utility room with a washer and dryer for your convenience. The two car attached garage is also on this level. There are four beach chairs, two beach umbrellas, and a wagon to assist you to the beach. All bed linens and bath towels are provided. You need only to bring your own beach towels. No smoking in the house and no pets allowed. Amenities: Fireplace, air conditioning, phone with answering machine, large screen TV with DVD and CD players. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, ice machine and blender. The patio as a gas grill with a dinning table with chairs and also a pub table with chairs. Activities: The area is quite and great for biking, golfing, fishing, swimming, and boating. There is a nearby zoo for the kids.

The Blue Chip Casino, Outlet Malls, and the quint shops and sights of Michigan's Harbor Country are just minutes away. Area: Chicago-Downtown 1 hour Chicago Ohare Airport- 1 1/2 hours Indianapolis- 2 hours South Haven, Mi.
