If you are in need of even more space don't forget to look at KOBEY'S COZY CASA only 2 miles west of the DESERT OASIS also in the Tramonto Subdivision. There are 3 large pools and 2 hot tubs as well as a childrens play pool, a padded children's playground with jungle gym, picnic areas, sand volley ball court, basketball, tennis, and desert jogging track all within TRAMONTO! Or relax in the back yard on the slate patio decorated with custom curtains while watching satellite on the flat screen TV mounted from the ceiling, or relax in the 6 person 'Private hot tub', with mountain views, the large grassy backyard can't be beat!
