Water views from upscale 4 bedroom home in private community. Stroll to residents only (six families total on street) sandy beach 1 house away. Gaze at dramatic sunsets over the beach from rockers on the charming farmer's porch. The overly-generous sized bedrooms sleep 10 quite comfortably. The master suite has a private deck with water views, tub, separate shower, large walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom has king bed, 3rd has double, 4th 4 twins. The hardwood-floored first level has a dining room (seats 8+) leading into a family room housing an entertainment center with new cable TV. A light and airy room (with bay window and seat to take advantage of water views). Comfy seating on couches and club chair with lots of pillows. The living room across the hall is an additional gathering space, complete with another TV, 2 couches and 2 side chairs opening to eat-in kitchen with all new appliance with slider to tree-shaded deck, patio and private fenced backyard with enclosed hot shower.

House is open and spacious. Large, separate dining area seats up to 10 as well as eat-in kitchen with a farm table seating four. Kitchen has large center island for working or gathering for appetizers. In addition to large family room with two large and one small sofa with Nantucket white-washed furniture, there is also a living room with comfy-cozy sectionals and brick fireplace for an additional gathering space. Or perhaps you would like to sit on farmer's front porch and watch the sunset or go to the outside back deck? This backyard treed-retreat offers outdoor dining/seating for 6, shaded by a tree and umbrella and has a gas grill for cooking your catch of the day. There is also a fire pit for evening entertainment. Backyard is a private, enclosed area with ample space for playing horseshoes or volleyball after the beach.
