Beautiful Victorian home a block from Lake Michigan's white sandy beaches, one block from the quaint town of Frankfort. This home, named the'Peaceful Palace',is filled with love and beautifully decorated with all its Victorian charm. Front porch with its wicker furniture and porch swing is a great place to sip your tea and enjoy the view of the picturesque giant trees that line Forest Ave. There are four bedrooms, one down stairs with a queen size bed and three upstairs, one with a king, one with a double and one with two twin beds. There is a enclosed side porch with a long table that will seat 10. Great for those large gettogethers or family games, two bathrooms, one upstairs with a lovely claw foot tub and one down. The new kitchen has a bay window and adjacent family room with queen hide-a-bed. A room great for TV watching. Off the family room is a deck set for grilling and enjoying your evening meal outside and close enough to the kitchen to make your grilling an ease.

Frankfort is in a cove , surrounded by water on two sides. Lake Michigan being the big body of water with miles of white sandy beaches and incredible fishing and the Betsie Bay on the other with its beautiful marina's. The hills that surround the rest of Frankfort make for a nicer climate and beautiful setting anytime of the year. There is sport fishing, glider riding, hand gliding, windsurfing, wonderful beaches for walking and swimming, bike and waking trails , good shopping, great restaurants, beautiful sunsets, Who could ask for more! There also is many smaller lakes close to Frankfort. Crystal Lake is simply beautiful and if you want to kyak or canoe there are many beautiful rivers right there as well. Traverse City is close if you need a city fix. Good shopping, good food and all the fun stuff a city has to offer in entertainment and only a 40 mile trip to get there.
