Completing the island escape, each room is painted in bright Caribbean colors and furnished to match. The grounds feature a large multi-level deck and a grilling patio with a built-in charcoal grill, perfect for a relaxing dinner with family.
Amenities:
The house sits on over half an acre of land in the peaceful Rum Point area of Cayman Kai where white sand extends to a crystal clear soft sea. Located away from the crowded and touristy Seven-mile beach area, yet within walking distance of excellent beach-front restaurants and bars, you’ll be able to enjoy a relaxed barbeque on your own beach or a nice meal out with locals. Either in your own “backyard” or a short-drive away you will be able to enjoy all of the islands best activities including snorkeling, diving, sunbathing, waterskiing, jet skiing, waverunning, boating, fishing, biking, cruises to Sting Ray City and Seven-mile beach, reading, relaxing, and of course lazy naps on the beach.


Activities:
The home sits on its own private beach with opportunity for snorkelling right at the house. Excellent scuba shops are just a short drive away. The beautiful Rum Point beach area is a short walk away featuring local beach-front bars and restaurants.

Some of the islands best scuba shops are a short drive away. The relaxed pace of the area is perfect for those who want to have a restful day on the beach. If you want to head to the busier seven-mile beach area, or sail out to sting ray city, the ferry boat lauch is nearby.
