Ocean Park luxury condominiums are set between Fort Clinch State Park and Main Beach Oceanfront Park in North Fernandina. Watch the sun rise over the ocean from the living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom. The other two bedrooms have views of Fort Clinch State Park and the pool, patio and jacuzzi. To get to the beach just cross a quiet street and walk 200 steps on a sidewalk through the park. This spacious third floor condo, constructed in 2001, has over 1600 square feet of living space with high ceilings, an open floor plan and a patio balcony overlooking the beach.

This Ocean Park condo is 150 yards from miles of pristine and developed beaches. The condo borders Fort clinch state park with bike trails, skating trails, historic sites and a fishing pier. You can also take a 2 mile bike ride from the condo down Atlantic Avenue. You will pass marshes, parks, residential areas and the historic district before you arrive at Center Street with a large marina, and scores of restaurants and shops. Superb Location - Surrounded by Parks Amenities: This third floor condo with elevator access has cable TV, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, and a laundry room with a washer and a dryer. Linens are provided. The Ocean Park complex has a beautiful patio with pool and jacuzzi. Bikes and beach chairs are available in the garage. Activities: Look for ice age fossils and shark's teeth on Fernandina's North Beach, a wide sandy beach that is great for swimming. Fishing pier, off road bike trails, a roller blade trail and nature trails are available in adjacent Fort Clinch State Park.

Play grounds, tennis courts, volleyball courts and basketball courts are nearby. Area: Historic Downtown Fernandina with many shops, restaurants and a marina is an easy 1.5 mile bike ride away. If you want miles of pristine beach, just turn left (north) when you reach the beach. If you want miniature golf, restaurants and parks turn right (south) when you reach the beach.
