Rental Rates for the cottage in Boothbay Harbor Area, Maine, USA



Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $1,850 to $2,240
  • Lodging Tax: 7%
    Cleaning Fee: $100
    Cancellations and Refunds: We will attempt to re-book and money collected will be reimbursed less a 20% re-booking fee. If we are not able to re-book all fees collected will be used to cover the time period.

    Deposits: 50% deposit with rental confirmation with the balance due 30 days before the rental period.

    Other Fees: Guests are expected to leave the cottage as they found it as there is little time or available personnel to do a full cleaning between rentals. We do as much cleaning as possible ourselves in the short turnaround time. There will be a $200 maintenance deposit which is fully refundable with no problems.



    Off Season $1800/week
    High Season - 6/20 to9/13 $2,200/week
  • If pets are accepted there will be a $200 pet deposit fully refundable with no problems.

The large master bedroom has a queen size bed and lots of light. The cottage has a dock and float to make kayaking, looking at the seals or picnicking on the islands and water sports an easy pleasure. The dock is accessible by boat at quarter tide or above and flats out for part of the tide cycle. For boaters there is a mooring with the cottage. For heat there is an airtight wood stove and Monitor furnace as well. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Kennels are close by. The Boothbay Region offers a wide variety of summer activities and diversions and is near (45 miles) great shopping in Freeport and LL Bean. The day boat from the harbor to Monhegan is a favorite day trip. It is a destination vacation spot for those in the know looking for a quiet relaxing time or email to the link below.

Mount Desert Island and Acadia National Park is a side day trip away. Many art studios are available all along the Maine coast. The famous Farnsworth Gallery in Rockland houses numerous Wyeth family paintings.
