Laconia townhome Rental Property Information

Need a vacation, a spectacular view, lots to do?... You have come to the right place. We are located on beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee's Paugus Bay. We have a spacious townhouse that sleeps up to 8. There are 2 bedrooms: One with a queen bed and the other with bunk beds plus a full bed. The living room has a pull out sleep sofa. There's a fully applianced kitchen as well as a living room with fireplace. This year's skiing is fantastic!! Gunstock Ski area is 15 minutes away and with a short drive you can enjoy Loon, Caanon and others. When ice is in on the lake there is great ice fishing. Visit the Tilton outlets where there are many designer outlets. Summertime you are 1 mile from Weirs Beach. The condo complex has a pool, tennis and basketbal courts and a clubhouse. Hike Mt. Major, visit Ellacoya state park for a picnic and swim. Watch a race at NH International Speedway. Visit the famous Wiers Beach and take a cruise around Winnipesaukee on the Mt. Washington.

There is so much to do in this area! This year's great skiing, snowboarding, and more at Gunstock ski area. In the summer there is the famous Weirs beach, with amusement and water park, Meadowbrook Music facility with big name live concerts, shopping at the outlets in Tilton,a beautiful state park for picnicking and swimming. View the races at NH International Speedway, beautiful foliage, fishing in Alton Bay,lake cruises on The Mt. Washington boat from Weirs Beach, restaurants and much more.
