Amenities: The kitchen is fully furnished with all the dishes, pots and pans you might need. Appliances include a fridge with ice maker, electric range/oven, microwave, kettle and dishwasher. The living room has a sofa and love seat, with music centre, while the dining area includes a round table and chairs. The den includes a sofa, TV and DVD/VCR. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, walk in closet and ensuite bathroom with separate shower and bath. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and built in closet. The guest bathroom includes a tub with shower. There is a separate laundry space with washer and dryer.

The backyard is enclosed by a concrete block wall, has a gas BBQ grill, and desert landscaping. All landscaping is on a timer controlled drip system. The 2 car garage has an electric door with remote opener. Electricity, gas, water, trash, and extended basic cable are provided. HOA regulations do not allow overnight street parking, although there are several marked parking bays available just outside the house. There is a community swimming pool about 200 yards away to which guests will have a key. Bedding and towels are provided.
