Beautifully remodeled ski in/ski out home on Peak 9!
This home has been thoroughly updated with new paint, carpet, light fixtures and new gorgeous hot tub with 3 pumps, 66 jets, neck massager, foot massager and a waterfall, only the kitchen remains to be updated (complete by Jan 19). This house is a ski in/ski out property, you will ski out on Peak 9 but will have to ski back in on Peak 10 (blue/black trails).
Gold King Lodge boasts an upper level master suite with king bed and large master bathroom including jacuzzi bathtub and a sauna! Also on this level is the loft which has a bunk bed, twin top/queen bottom/queen trundle, a half bath, a TV with Game Cube and an air hockey table for all to enjoy!
On the main level there is a great room with slate fireplace, the dining room and kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms, both with king beds and a shared bathroom.
Location
This home is not a true ski-in/out home, however, per real estate guidelines, is still classified ski-in/out. In order to get to the ski runs you will have to walk. In addition, ski-in/out is weather permitting
