The condominium comes fully equipped with cable, DVD, VCR, two TVs, telephone, linens and towels. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a triple dresser and mirrored closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds (one a trundle bed with a third bed underneath), a triple dresser and mirrored closet. The unit is non-smoking and allows no pets. New appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, can opener, blender and cooking utensils. The dining table has chairs for six, but can expand to seat ten. The balcony has a table with four balcony height chairs. Tinted glass panels line the balcony for unobstructed views. A washer-dryer is located on the floor. The condo is within walking distance or a trolley ride to Clearwater beach attractions such as restaurants, shopping, and the Clearwater Marine Aquarium.

Jet skiing, water biking, para-sailing, fishing, sea kayaking, dinner cruises and a pirate ship cruise are available at Clearwater Beach. Disney World, Universal Studios and Orlando attractions are less than two hours away.
