Rental Rates for the house in Northern Michigan, Michigan, USA



Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $175 / $225 Night
  • Weekly rates are $1500 (cleaning fee included). Weeks run Saturday to Saturday.
    Per night rate is $200 (3 night minimum) A cleaning fee of $100.00 will be added to the daily rental total.
    A security deposit of $500.00 is required to reserve your requested time frame.
    (The security deposit is refundable with a 45 day advance notice of a cancellation. Less than a 45 day notice , the deposit is refundable only if the house is rented for the requested time frame.)
    A damage deposit of $500.00 is required.
  • June 1 through August 31, rentals on a weekly basis only.
    Sept through Dec. .Weekly rates are $1100.00 (includes cleaning fee). A savings of $400 on one of the nicest northern Michigan getaway spots.

Activities & Area While at the 'Hideaway' your able to enjoy the beach, woods, swimming and water activities. Mackinaw City with its attractions is less than 45 mins away as is Rogers City as well as 2 beautiful state parks for you to enjoy. Close to Black Mountain Recreation Area for snowmobiling and ATV riding. A great place to use as a base while enjoying the beauty and diversion of Northern Michigan. Cheboygan is only minutes away and offers a vast array of dining and shopping to cover your needs while at the house. Contact us for a list of our favorites.
