The dining room and living room also have French doors leaved to the porch. The living room and family room are almost 60 foot long not including kitchen and dining room. There are million dollar homes in this neighborhood. This house is located on a cul de sac which make it quieter due to decreased car traffic. The bedding for the home includes a king pillow top bed in the master bedroom, queen in one bedroom and a double in the third bedroom. The master and one bedroom are located on first floor and the third bedroom is located on the second floor. This bedroom is very large and could be used as an office\bedroom combo due to its size. Hardwood floors are located upstairs and carpet is in the living room, family room and other bedrooms. Ceramic tile is in bathrooms and kitchen. This house is a nature lovers paradise!

Area: Close to Howard Park, beach, shopping mall, golf courses, Tarpon spring sponge docks, Anclote river and many other parks located on the lake such as Anderson park and others.
