Our recently built home in a new gated community in Palm Springs offers you private luxury vacationing with the warmth of home living. This house is set up with all new furnishings, first class amenities, private refreshing saltwater pool, large spa and wonderful mountain views to make it perfect for relaxing weekend get-aways or seasonal renting. This single-story home is over 2500 square feet with four bedrooms and three bathrooms plus a private pool and spa. Three bedrooms and two baths are in the main home and is rented with one bedroom and one full bath in an attached 'Casita' with a separate private entrance. All bedrooms have TV's and new beds. The spacious great room living/dining area has porcelain tile flooring, large L-shaped micro-suede couch, new plasma TV with digital cable and HBO, Bose DVD/CD system and a large round formal dining table.
