Wonderful restaurant in the building! Butchers Chophouse & Bar, located on the ground floor of The Caledonian, is a great restaurant open for lunch and dinner that serves wonderful steaks, chops, poultry, seafood and vegetarian dishes along with an extensive wine selection.
