Wildernest a is luxury development composed of multiple townhouse, Condo, and detached home complexes located in the forest only a few miles off of I-70 at the center of Colorado’s Ski Country just 70 miles west of Denver. Large windows look over expansive views of Buffalo Mountain, the Ten-Mile Range, and Keystone resorts. The Condo is on the second floor - but don't worry, there are only a few steps to climb or use the elevator. Hi speed Internet access, including WiFi allows you to check email and stay in touch. A laser printer is available for your use. A home theater system with a large flat panel screen provides an awesome entertainment option after a hard day of skiing. Newly redecorated.

Rental Rates for the condo in Silverthorne, Colorado, USA



Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Cancellation Policy:
    If you cancel more than 45 days prior to your arrival date, the total amount is fully refundable less a $50 service charge.
    If you cancel less than 45 days prior to your arrival date, you forfeit the smaller of two night’s rental or the security deposit. However, at any time we will refund the full amount if we can rent the unit for the nights that are cancelled.

    Minimum 2 night stay.

    *$75 cleaning fee waived on stays of 4 days or more.

    To confirm your reservation, we require a $250 security deposit.
    Payment of the rental fees is due 30 days prior to your planned arrival date.
    Your security deposit refund will be issued within two weeks of your departure.

    Dec 19 - Jan 3 $209/night*; $1255/week (7th night half price).
    Regular Season:

From this mountain retreat, access to seven ski areas - all just a few miles away, hiking trails, golf courses & clubhouse with hot tubs (indoor & outdoor). Only minutes to the ski resorts of Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Loveland, Arapaho Basin & about 30 minutes to Vail & Beaver Creek. Located on the free Summit Stage bus route, ski resorts & restaurants can be accessed without car. Bordering Arapaho National Forest at the base of Buffalo Mountain, hikers & cross country skiers have easy access to a variety of trails in the Gore Range. There are 47 great biking trails throughout Summit County for the hard-core mountain biker or the paved path cruiser. Excellent Nordic (cross country) skiing is available at the Frisco Nordic Center, about 10 miles away. Beautiful Lake Dillon is less than four miles away. Sleeping Arrangements: Master Bedroom - queen bed. 2nd Bedroom - 2 twin beds. Living Area: 1 queen sleep sofa & if really needed an air mattrass (will be crowded).
