South Lake Tahoe townhome Rental Property Information
Snowbear is a bright sunny townhome in the popular Lake Village complex. Lake Village has Huge hot tub, two saunas, showers and clubhouse & game room in the winter months. After the snow melts a large pool, picnic area, tennis courts, barbecue grills and children's play area are available to our guests. Snowbear also has it's own private Hot Spring Hot Tub! Snowbear is steps from the forest and a trail which provides excellent Cross Country skiing in the winter as well as casual hiking/biking during the other Tahoe seasons. Our townhome overlooks the local mountains and looks up at the mountains of Heavenly Valley. Our home is newly furnished, with King beds and color remote Tvs in three upstairs bedrooms, The Master bedroom features a gas log fireplace and a 17' color TV with remote. The Master bath has dual sinks, pergo flooring and a full tub shower. The downstairs bedroom has a Queen bed as well as a Twin bed.

Lake Tahoe on the south shore near Round Hill and Zephyr cove Nevada. Less than a mile to all major attractions including the beaches casinos shopping and restaurants. Edgewood golf course is 1/2 mile from our home.

Rental Rates for the townhome in Lake Tahoe Area, California, USA
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From $230/Night + fees or $1810 per week including taxes and after visit cleaning/inventory
- Refundable Deposit: $300.00 Must be Added To Each Rental Total on rate Chart

No Smoking No exception, evidence of smoking inside the townhome will result in loss of security deposit.
No Pets No exceptions
A reservation requires: 50% down (we 'hold' the townhouse for 4 days to allow your check to arrive) with the remainder due no less than 30 days before the first reserved date.
Our cancellation policy is: to refund any amount paid that can be recovered by re-renting the days reserved.
Security Deposit Policy: this covers damage or excessive cleaning. The security deposit will be refunded within two weeks of your stay.
Rate Chart includes 10% Douglas County Tax and a $135 cleaning/hot tub service - A $300 Refundable deposit must be added to the total rate for each stay.
In Most cases there is a 3 NIGHT MINIMUM. Longer stays may be required for bookings more than 30 days in advance during peak summer/ ski seasons.

The downstairs bedroom has it's own private bath as well as a color TV with remote in the room. The Hot Tub room is adjacent to the bedroom. The spacious upstairs living room dining and kitchen area is furnished with a roomy dining table which comfortably seats eight. The adjacent granite bar area has four bar stools for guest use. The kitchen and dining area have pergo flooring and the front entry is clad in slate. The gourmet kitchen features new hickory cabinets, granite counter tops and top of the line appliances. There is a side by side refrigerator with door icemaker/dispenser, a microwave and coffeemaker and dishwasher. The kitchen is equipped with everything from a mixer to a crock pot. The two car garage has direct access from the townhome interior. (Great for those snowy days when you don't want to unload your skis or scrape ice from your windshield!) There is a washer/dryer in the garage available for guest use and an enclosed hot tub room.
Tahoe’s record breaking snowfalls afford and incredible array of adventure; snow tubing, boarding, downhill skiing, cross country, snowshoeing, snowmobile tours, ice skating, nostalgic sleigh rides, winter carnivals, or perhaps just snuggling up to a crackling fireplace with a warm beverage and a good book.
