Rental Rates for the apartment in California, USA



Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $85 M-TH $100 FR-SU. All rates include 13% City Bed Tax
  • All funds must be received 30 days before arrival. There is a $100. refundable security deposit, that is held or authorized on your credit card 1 week before arrival. Funds are released when apartment left in order. Cleaning fee is $45. Cancellations 45 days or more before arrival date, receive a complete refund, minus $125 cancellation fee. Less than 45 days to arrival cancellations, $125 cancel fee and any credit card and Paypal service charges will be deducted, guest will forfeit rental fees paid unless facilities can be rebooked for the same period of time.

    For bookings more than 3 months in advance we need security deposit of $100.00 PLUS 25% of rental amount will hold dates. Balance is due 30 days before arrival date.

The living room has a full size sofa bed that sleeps 2, and quaint dining space near the efficiency kitchen. There is 32' Flat Panel TV, VCR, DVD player, and a well stocked DVD/VHS movie collection for your viewing. The apt has central air/heat, w/ ceiling fans in each room. Bedroom has a comfortable, elegant English mahogany bed, sleeps 2 and is equipped with a TV/VCR combo w/ cable also high speed Internet computer w/ wireless. The apartment’s modern shower/bathroom is well lit with a sink and plenty of storage.
