This lovely condo is located adjacent to the pool with a beautiful view of the private boat dock on Grand Lagoon. A short walk finds you on the sugar-white sands of the 'Most Beautiful Beach in the World'. Also within walking distance, you will find great casual or fine dining, amusements and night clubs. The living room has a TV with cable, DVD Player and Cd player, all with remote controls. The sleeper sofa sleeps 2 additional people in comfort. The covered patio offers patio table and seating for four to enjoy your morning coffee and an evening's relaxation. Each of the 3 Bedrooms offer color TV with remote control. Two of the Bedrooms have Queen Beds and one has a full size Bed and additional linens are provided for each Bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes dinner service for 8, glassware, flatware, cookware, blender, toaster, can opener and microwave. The unit is also complete with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Amenities: The condo offers boat trailer parking and private boat dock during your stay, fresh water wash down, 110VAC 15 amp receptacles and a fish cleaning station. In our condo, two fishing rods and a small cooler are provided for your enjoyment. The swimming pool is 6 feet deep and is adjacent to the clubhouse which has restrooms, sauna and charcoal grills for great outdoor entertaining and enjoyment. There are lighted Tennis Courts in the middle of the Complex - please bring your own rackets.
