    Cancellation policy:
    Cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations made 90 days in advance will receive a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations made 30 – 89 days in advance will receive a 50% refund of monies received. No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 30 days in advance unless we can re-book the property.
  • Departure cleaning fee of $75
    4 people maximum.
    Hawaii State taxes at 11.95% are additional.
    Fully refundable security deposit of $400 required.
    Easter, July 4th and other holidays will be higher.
    Smoking is allowed outside on the lanai only.
