The Dolphin House has the main living area upstairs with the Living room, Dining room (seats twelve at each location) and Kitchen (seats four at center island) and Master Retreat, and second bedroom and bathroom. The roof top deck has incredible views of the Ocean and Mountains and there are dramatic views of the ocean from inside the house , deck off of kitchen and private deck off Master Retreat. Downstairs there is three additional bedrooms, one large bathroom and laundry room. The Dolphin House is a few feet from the Pacific Ocean just minutes from the Channel Islands and Ventura Harbors, nearby shopping and of coarse the beach is across the street.
