Bent Tree house Rental Property Information

Welcome to our beautiful Mountain Home. The Bent Tree Community is a secure, peaceful, and beautiful area in which you and your family can relax or get adventurous. The golf is great, the hiking is invigorating, and the wildlife everywhere is amazing. Don't forget the horseback riding and canoeing too. The community has 2 swimming pools, the 19th Hole (a restaurant), and Tennis courts. See more about the Bent Tree Community by clicking the link at the bottom of the page. Our home includes many amenities in addition to those of Bent Tree, and will make you feel right at home. First is a cozy living area with fireplace for relaxing after that golf game or hiking trip, including a TV with cable channels and DVD/VCR for your viewing enjoyment. Can't carry soaps and shampoo on the plane? We have provided sample size shampoos, soaps, tooth paste, and deodorant to get you started when you arrive.

The Kitchen and Dining area has an amazing view, which will have everyone volunteering for the cooking duties! Downstairs is a Den that provides another terrific view, with cable TV and a Futon for those extra guests. Also included downstairs is the Laundry Room with full size washer and dryer, and a full bathroom. On the top floor are three bedrooms, including the Master Bedroom with the best view in the house, a perfect place to sleep in and take in the view. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. Come see why we love to call Bent Tree Home!
Amenities:
Our list of amenities is large, starting with wireless internet access, a fax/copier/printer for your use, and a desk to catch up on those left over office duties before you start your vacation. On the main level, the Living room fireplace gives you that lovely mountain ambiance that you love, with the crackling fire and cozy conversations.

The home is a custom built cedar home, with beautiful wood floors, and that beautifully finished cedar covering the walls and ceilings. Also on this level is the cooks dream kitchen, one that you wouldn't dream of in a vacation home. Along with the great view, there is a Gas stove, large refrigerator with ice and water through the door, dishwasher (of course, who wants to do dishes on vacation!), and beautiful Corian counter tops. Next to the kitchen is the dining area, with those beautiful views again. Outside is a deck for taking in the view, relaxing, and a gas grill for cooking up those tasty treats! A half bath rounds out this floor, for your convenience. Downstairs is the Den, with Futon for extra guests, and TV, along with those beautiful views again! Also provided is a Laundry room with full size appliances, and a full bath. Upstairs on the top floor the views continue in the Master Bedroom.

A king size bed is provided to ensure a peaceful mountain sleep or to relax and take in the view. The other two bedrooms provide a comfortable queen bed in one, and two twin beds in the other. Another bathroom is on this level.
Activities:
While staying at our home in Bent Tree, you can take advantage of the facilities here that include Golf, Tennis, Swimming, Horseback Riding, Hiking and Biking. The wildlife viewing will have your camera busy snapping the deer, wild turkey, etc, that make these mountains home.
Area:
Our home in Bent Tree is conveniently located less than an hour from downtown Atlanta, and approximately 1 hour from the Atlanta Airport. The town of Jasper, closest to Bent Tree is a very nice small town, with several excellent restaurants, including one said to be the best in the entire Atlanta area by Roadside georgia dot com.

Skiing Information:

Golf Information: To quote them, 'It just may be that traffic-bound Atlanta's best restaurant is not in Atlanta, but 50 miles north of the city in Jasper, Georgia. The Woodbridge Inn features continental cuisine at moderate prices and the nearest thing to a traffic jam is the possibility of a car coming the other way on the one-lane wooden bridge that gives Joe Rueffert's place it's name.' The surrounding area gives you Amicalola State Park, with its beautiful waterfalls, and beautiful mountain scenery. The beginning of the Appalachian Trail is nearby, and many other hiking trails are available. Shopping in the many Antique shops of the surrounding towns of Jasper, Elijay, Blue Ridge, Helen, and Dahlonega will keep you busy for days.
