Tuscan Ridge house Rental Property Information

Our superb villa is located in the quiet subdivision of Countryside at Tuscan Ridge. It is surrounded by orange groves and conservation area. Situated on Highway 27 just off Interstate 4 and Highway 192 it is only 12 minutes to Disney and ideally located for easy access to all the other major attractions Orlando has to offer. The villa has over 2000 sq ft of living area and is fully air-conditioned. All rooms have been decorated and furnished in a modern contemporary style. The living areas come with 36' TV/DVD/VCR and PS2. There are two master bedrooms (both en-suite), one has a king-size bed the other a queen-size. Bedroom 3 is twin bedded with bedroom 4 having a bunk bed as well as a single bed and share the third bathroom. All bedrooms have cable TV with DVD. The fully equipped kitchen has been upgraded and contains all the usual mod cons you would expect plus a breakfast bar with bar stools.
