  • Off Season Special - $1,200 /mth from Oct. - June
  • We require 50% deposit upon signing the lease and 50% + Security deposit due by April 1st. We also collect a $500 security deposit for 1 & 2 week rentals and a $1000 security deposit for monthly rentals. We will have a cleaning person come in at the end of your stay and clean, the cost will be deducted from your security deposit, normally $100. If the cost for cleaning exceeds $100, any additional cost will be deducted from the deposit. We want you to have an absolutely clean home to greet you, just as the person before you did! .Thank You

There is much to do here, biking, fishing, swimming, sailing, trips to the Islands, golf, tennis, etc... We have most of the necessary tools for all the above. Just ask us and we will see what we can get for you. For Golfers, I have a membership at a local private club where you will be welcome to play. (regular green & cart fees apply) For Fisherman, I am an avid fisherman and can direct you to fishing spots, in addition if the timing is right, I can take you out on my boat (steps away in Falmouth harbor) For Base ball fans of all ages, the Cape Cod baseball league has the Falmouth Commodores right up the street! At least 2 times a week. A great night for local baseball with tomorrows big league stars! For Music lovers, Thursday nights in the summer, walk up to the banshell on Falmouth Harbor for the Falmouth Town Band! We live here in town yearround and can help you with any of your wants or needs for activities! We are interested in you enjoying your stay
