Burnside house Rental Property Information

This home sits on a private wooded lot with a nice level rear yard for games and features a 'frog pond'. It is very spacious with over 3000 sq. ft. of living space and over 1,000 sq. ft. of decking which includes 2 screened porches and a large sundeck. This home provides plenty of private and 'get together areas' for all! The first floor is very open with a cathedral ceiling connecting the kitchen, great room & dining area, there is a wall of windows to enjoy the wooded lot & lake view, this large area is also open to one of the two screen porches! This unique home features two first floor master bedrooms each with their own PRIVATE bath (one with a whirlpool). The lower level has a large private bedroom, a wet bar, a 2nd family room which doubles as a private bedroom at night, a fifth sleeping area is provided with 2 full size futon sofas.
