Oaxaca villa Rental Property Information

Casa Colibrí is a newly-remodeled adobe and wood-beam house set in the hills above the city of Oaxaca in Mexico. It lies about 500 feet above the floor of the Valley of Oaxaca and just one kilometer from one of the side entrances into the Benito Juárez National Park. It will take you less than 30 minutes to drive from Casa Colibrí to the heart of Oaxaca, the traditional Zócalo. Casa Colibrí is fully furnished, and the rental prices include all of the following features and amenities: Four bedrooms and four baths, including down blankets or comforters on all beds, and locally hand-woven curtains and bedspreads in all bedrooms. Upper and lower living rooms, with two small “chimenea” fireplaces. Dining room that seats 10 at a hand-crafted solid wood table. Twice-weekly gardener visits by Sr. Tacho Hernandez. Weekly house-cleaning by Sra. Fortunata Sanchez.

AT&T long distance and fax telephone service, the least expensive in Mexico, with itemized electronic billing (deposit of US$100.00 requested). Washing machine and clothes-lines (no dryer). Oaxaca has most everything. Our area is famous for birding, hiking, native markets and archaeological sites (such as Monte Alban), craft villages and events in the city of Oaxaca.

Swimming resorts are only a few minutes away in neighboring San Sebastian, Etla
