The two story condo is located on the 6th floor and has been completely remodeled. It is equipped with Color TV, DVD/VHS Player, Stereo with CD player, telephone, Air Conditioning in all rooms, 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, weekly maid service, fully equipped kitchenette, and a large swimming pool. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo.

The Master bedroom is furnished with a King Size Bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and private bathroom. Both rooms have extra towels and linens. There is also a restaurant, bar and mini market on the property with 24 hour security. The staff speaks English and can assist with taxi service or bus service. Swimming in private pool, great snorkeling and fishing on private beach, Canopy Tours near by, Mismaloya Bay right around the corner.
