The owner has authorized us to slash the summer 2008 rates by 20% from July 1 - August 31. Our rate schedule reflects the new rates. Watch the waves from your balcony or search for shark's teeth on the 13 miles of pristine oceanfront just outside your door. This unit is located on the second floor and is completely equipped for a carefree vacation including a washer and dryer. The property features a walkway to the beach, swimming pool, outside barbecue grill, outside shower to rinse off sand and covered assigned parking.
