Cancellations must be 30 days prior to scheduled arrival in order for your deposit to be refunded. Payment may be made by personal check (IF funds are received 3 weeks prior to arrival).
Late reservations may be made depending on availability and provided monies are sent and lease agreement is signed and returned prior to requested arrival date. - $800/weekly (based on double occupancy) + $35/weekly for each additional person.
