Kiawah Island cottage Rental Property Information

Our recently updated 3 bedroom night heron cottage is only 250 yards to the beach access. It is also directly adjacent to the 21 acre Night Heron Park which includes the nature center, Kamp Kiawah, playing fields for soccer or football, volleyball court, lighted basketball court, and a large sandy play ground for young children. During the summer, there is frequently night time entertainment and activities in the park. Our cottage is comfortable and well-appointed. The living room and enclosed sun room have been updated with hardwood floors. The sun room, with a full size futon, gives extra room and has its own TV giving the children a place to themselves. The living room has a 27 inch TV with VCR/DVD player. Limited children’s games are supplied and a Nintendo 64 with selected games is available. There is a front deck with bench seating and a rear deck, with tropical woods view, that is accessible from the master bed room and sunroom.

The master bed room has a king size bed, private bath, and television. The front and back bedrooms have twin beds and share a bathroom. The kitchen with tile floor has generous supplies for cooking. Unlike villas and condos, there is covered parking beneath the unit with ample room for three cars. We provide a list of amenity phone numbers including restaurants, shopping and golf courses to help you plan your vacation. Bike and beach chair rental is available. There are 4 golf courses on the island and 1 located immediately off of the island available for your play. Enjoy the brand-new, Freshfields Village, shopping area located two miles from the security gate for your food and entertainment. The comfortable feel of the cottage will make you feel at home. The close access to both the beach and night heron park activities is a bonus. The quiet cul-de-sac provides greater safety for children. Bike paths and jogging trails are abundant.
