Play games in the large grassy yard or enjoy a the fire pit and roast marsh mellows. Only a few miles from Elk Rapids where you can stroll the shops, grab a bite to eat, head to Elk Rapids beach and float down the river, or enjoy a walk around the town and the Elk Rapids Marina. In our home, you are never far from the cooling blue water of Elk Lake. Over 200 feet of Lake Frontage! The house sits only about 50 feet from the water. No long walks from the house to the beach. Rental comes with two sheltered boat slips for you to walk on and off your boat or pontoon. Enjoy your own sandy beach to swim and float. Fish from shore in one of the few places on Elk lake you can actually catch fish off the beach. Clear Sandy bottom lake. Water ski, Jet ski or boat within viewing distance of the home.
