Just rated by US News and Reports as one of the Healthiest places to Retire! At least one person must be age 55 years or older. Children allowed for 90 days maximum. Family room has 32 inch color TV with DVD/ VCR player, Sony Stereo and remote controls. Cable service included with 72 channels to choose from. Den has full size desk with portable phone, rolling office chair on plastic mat for easy rolling. Printer for your computer. Spacious Kitchen with island, Gas Stove, Space saver microwave, Dishwasher, Washer/ Gas Dryer, Garbage disposal, with Completely equipped kitchen. Electric Can Opener and Electric Blender are also in Kitchen. Beautiful covered patio with table and chairs to enjoy great views and the visiting quail. We are located close to pool and club house. Club house has planned activities for you. Mountain Views from this beautiful, new, patio home. This community has a lot of planned activities at the private club house for residents.

Canyon View residents enjoy wonderful recreation facilities, including a spacious club house with library/media room, exercise equipment, pool table, ping pong,card and game tables, and a catering sized kitchen! The exercise room was just updated with new Schwinn tread mill, exercise bike and Orbital machine. The weights were replaced with a new Bowflex machine. I really find it a great workout. Outdoor amenities include a large heated swimming pool with automatic pool cover and spa, shuffleboard courts, covered and open patio areas, BBQ facilities. Many great day trips in the area. Green Valley is a peaceful, safe and friendly place to visit. There are just about any activity available one could wish for. There is lots of blue skies and 300 days of sunshine a year, designed to offer the good life and it does. Southern Arizona is a great place to vacation.

Great Day trips to Tombstone, Bisbie Mine Museum, Pima Aircraft Museum, Maydera Canyon, Mount Lemmon and many others. Green Valley has Hiking, Biking, Birding, Tennis, Golf (seven courses in and around Green Valley) and swimming just to name a few.There are seven local courses ranging from traditional wide layouts to tournament quality designs. The six consist of four 18-hole courses open to the public, three 18-hole private courses. Haven Golf coarse was great for myself, being a beginner golfer. They are very helpful and friendly at Haven. Green Valley is located 20 minutes south of Tucson and 40 minutes from Mexican border. The Santa Rita Mountains and Madero Canyon are minutes away.

Skiing Information: You can also snow ski and snowboard during the limited winter season at Mt Lemmon.

Golf Information: Golf: There are nine local courses ranging from traditional wide layouts to tournament quality designs. The nine consist of four 18-hole courses open to the public, four 18-hole private courses.Tubac is 27 hole resort course. They are: Conao Ranch Golf Club, Country Club of Green Valley, Desert Hills Golf Club of Green Valley, Esplender Resort of Rio Rico, Haven Golf Club, Kino Springs Golf Club, Quail Creek Country Club, San Ignacio Golf Club & Tubac Golf Resort & Spa. I am adding this as a comments that could not be added normally because this couple did not get to stay. Please see comments that follow: We were about to finalize booking this home when events necessitated us to cancel. Dan, the owner, was very positive and considerate to deal with in changing our plans. His actions, right from the original booking through to the cancellation, were prompt and commendable.
