Everything you need for your vacation is already here... except your toothbrush! This fully furnished 1200 sq ft ranch features airy vaulted ceilings in every room. Skylights and ceiling fans are found throughout. Situated in the exclusive Oak Pointe Shores Subdivision, it's known for its truly perfect swimming beach: sandy, shallow, warm and protected from gusty winds so common around the area. Absolutely no rocks, weeds, or mushy-wet sand! Your private beach access is a short 100 feet from the back door. The main bedroom features a queen sleigh bed, walk-in closet, and it's own bathroom with a tub/shower and 2 pedestal sinks. The french doors open to the adjacent sun room, perfect for romantic weekends. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds, with another full bath w/a shower right next to it. Additional sleeping space is in the living room on the queen-size sofa sleeper. Yes, the mattress is very comfortable.

The kitchen is completed with beautiful oak cabinetry, new appliances-small and large. Everything you need to prepare and serve a gourmet meal is there, just bring your groceries. Fireplace, VCR/DVD, cable TV Kitchen: Microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, mixer, clothes washer & dryer, iron, cooking and serving ware, outdoor gas grill. Basic spices and staples.
