Final payment is due 60 days prior to your arrival. There is a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The entire property can accommodate a maximum of 10 people. There is a cleaning fee of $300 which covers the cleaning after you check out. Maid service is not provided during your stay. However, this service can be arranged for an additional fee. All listed rates do not include Hawaii State Taxes of 11.95%. Due to previous complaints by neighbors, we cannot allow any parties or receptions. Thanksgiving, Easter & other holidays will be higher. Personal checks, cashier's checks, & wire transfers accepted.

Living room with a state-of-the-art entertainment center & game room with pool table. This is a single story with the exception of a gorgeous upstairs waterfront master suite. There is a spacious waterfront master suite downstairs & two additional guest bedrooms. All furnishings, appliances, linens, kitchen accessories, etc. are brand new & the property is absolutely immaculate. The open, expansive living room features 14' vaulted ceilings, contemporary high-quality furnishings, Italian travertine stone floors, fireplace, 48 inch plasma TV & entertainment center with surround sound, premium cable & music channels & recordable DVD player, ceiling fans & split air conditioning system. Guests may access the Internet via wireless technology at no additional charge.

The kitchen includes granite counter tops, upscale stainless steel appliances, refrigerated wine cabinet, custom cabinets with pull out racks, 36 inch cook top, plenty of storage space & breath taking views of Koko Marina & Koolau Mountain range. The upstairs master suite, with California king-size bed, has an office area with desk, hard wired telephone & Raja-45 computer jack for direct computer hook up, walk-in closet, 27 inch television with flat screen technology, built-in DVD/VCR player & wraparound private lanai to enjoy the unobstructed views of Koko Marina & the majestic Koolau Mountain range. The private bath suite features a romantic whirlpool tub for 2, large shower & dual sinks with granite counters, all surrounded by elegant Italian travertine stone. Luxurious cotton robes are provided, of course. The 3rd bedroom has a California king-size bed, overlooks the front lawn with beautiful tropical landscaping & gazebo. The 4th bedroom has a California king-size bed, full bathroom with whirlpool tub and vaulted ceiling is right across the hall. As you walk through the gate into the front yard, the grounds greet you with the colors of Hawaiian ginger, palms, ferns, lilies, hibiscus, fragrant gardenias, croutons & lovely anthuriums. Enjoy your morning coffee in the elegant gazebo with 3 tropical waterfalls setting the mood for an exciting day in paradise.

Golf Information: The expansive waterfront pool deck features a blue-tile private swimming pool with waterfall, plenty of outdoor furniture & deck chairs for lounging in the sun, separate barbecue area with gas grill, sink with adjacent prep area & refrigerator, all over looking the turquoise Hawaiian water. For those with small children, an optional safety fence can be placed around the pool for no additional fee. Smoking is permitted outside only. The house is located in a residential neighborhood, so we cannot allow any parties or loud gatherings on the property. We're sorry, but the outdoor hot tub is no longer available.
