Little Gasparilla Island house Rental Property Information

Beach/island cottage on tropical, secluded island. Our brand new vacation house nestled in the palms only 4 houses from the Gulf beach on one side and the private dock slip on the bay side. The island has 6 miles of secluded, white sparkling beach, world class fishing, shelling, shark tooth hunting, nature walks and breathtaking sunsets (See Attached Pictures). Located on the SW coast of Florida slightly north of Boca Grande. Very bright and spacious!! Our home has everything you could wish for during your stay. Enter our 300 sq. ft. screened porch with ceiling fans, hammock and comfy furniture. French doors open to soaring 24 ft ceilings, full laundry rm.,all modern amenities, decorator -tile ,kitchen ,furnishings, fireplace .Hurricane proof built,!! County water, not well or cisterns. You can rock yourself to sleep as you watch the osprey in the surrounding palms, listen to soft music or read that book you’ve been wanting to get to.

Amenities: We can sleep 8 with 2 queen-sized beds and 4 twins, [ over 2 adults + 3chldrn ...extra daily fee... 2 full baths; house is under full central air and county water. Spacious, fully equipped kitchen, large living rm., breakfast bar, formal dining rm., separate Laundry rm. All rooms furnished for comfort and beauty. 24’ Ceiling is soaring. Main rooms are tiled and entered through multiple French doors…. Numerous windows allow beautiful outside into the house among the trees. TVs, DVD, CD, satellite TV, linens, towels, ice cream maker, hairdryer, movies, sand toys, rafts, books, beach chairs, beach umbrella, board games, blender, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, dishwasher/dryer, fireplace, charcoal grill, all kitchen needs. Our boat slip will accommodate a 23-Ft. boat.

Golf carts and boats are available to rent as well as availability for water taxi service for commuting the 5-minute ride to the mainland. All you bring are clothes, groceries, sunscreen and your excitement for an unbelievably relaxing family memory building time.No Stores Or Restaurants On The Island..but 5 min boat ride On the mainland you will find at least 75 restaurants, golf courses, shopping, video stores, marinas all within a short driving distance if you wish to take time away from your island home. If fishing is your wish, this world famous fishing spot is full of tarpon, snook, redfish, trout, flounder, snapper and shrimp. Take your boat, fish from the dock or shore or charter a fishing trip with one of our professional guides.
