Los Osos condo Rental Property Information

Los Osos is centrally located and is minutes away from Morro Bay, San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles, Cambria, Pismo and Availa Beach. From the condo you can walk to the southern most point of Morro Bay (approximately a two block distance) or cross over the dunes to the Pacific Ocean (another two block distance) that is part of Montana de Oro State Park. Sea Pines Golf course is right next door (Open to the Public). Montana de Oro State Park is a ten minute drive from our door. This is a wonderful place to hike, have picnics or go exploring the tide pools. Or stay at our property and have a picnic at your own picnic table with a panoramic view.

    Your refund will come back to you in a check written from our account.
    The balance of the rents and if applicable any cleaning fees may be paid at any time, but no later than upon check-in.
    At this time the guest must pay the full amount of rent for the period which the guest is renting.
    When there is no time to send a deposit, cash can be accepted for the deposit and rent on the day of your arrival.
  • We will make the beds and do general sanitizing.
    Please remove all trash and perishable food to the outside containers.
    Please leave the place as you found it.
    The rates are based on 2 persons and depend on your cooperation. Pets have additional fees.
