This spacious townhouse is located on the outer fringe of Salt Lake City in the Cottonwood Heights area, near the entrances to Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. It is 7 or 8 miles to Snowbird and Alta and 9 or 10 miles to Solitude and Brighton. The ski shuttle stops 1/2 block away and the grocery store is also 1/2 block. There is a great view of the Wasatch Mountains and this is a good central location for skiing Utah's best Resorts.
There is nearby shopping, restaurants and other conveniences. The townhome is very clean, well maintained and nicely furnished.
