The lower level is optional .The house includes air conditioning and purification as well as a semi private beach.There is boat access availability and the house comes with the use of three canoes.

Amenities The amenities include: air conditioning (with air purifier), washer and dryer, dishwasher, grill, lake access, located approx. 10 miles from Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes. There is also Platte river canoeing down the street, however a canoe is offered for use with the home. The home is 30 minutes from Traverse City.

Activities Canoeing, hunting, fishing, hiking, bicycling, shopping, swimming, boating, and everything for summer fun!
