You will enter the second floor with warm pine floors, walls and ceilings! You will find a full bath, a generous size kitchen in all pine with all the necessities of home, which opens to the 20' X 13' living room and dining room, with fireplace (gas vent-free reminiscent of a log burning stove), a queen sleeper, and plenty of seating to enjoy the beautiful lake and mountain views or for laying back and catching a movie or game on TV. Upstairs you will find a small loft with double futon set up as bed for 2, and a master bedroom with queen size brass bed. The 'Notebook' bathroom has the claw foot slipper bathtub from the movie 'The Notebook' where the bride takes a bath in her wedding dress. You too can take a bath in the Very Same Bath Tub! I don't recommend wearing your wedding dress. Also a beautiful reproduction pedestal sink from the movie and brass quilt rack for your towels. I was fortunate to attend the movie's auction after they were done filming in my hometown of Mt.

Pleasant, South Carolina, and bid and won several items. Down to the first floor you will find a large full bath with shower, HE stack washer/dryer and two bedrooms, one with queen size bed and the other with bunk bed with full mattress on bottom and twin mattress on top. Each bedroom has sliding glass door out to stone patio where you can relax, or take the steps down to the dock for swimming, fishing or boating. Everything is provided, except bring your own swim towels and smiles! Amenities:Canoe, Paddle boat, Fireplace, Phone, Satellite TV, DVD Player, Air Conditioning, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Bed, Bath and Kitchen Linens provided, Washer/Dryer, Gas Grill, Departure Cleaning Included. No Smoking. Activities:Swimming, Fishing, Boating, Skiing, Hiking, Horse Back Riding, Tubing, Golf, Tennis, Rafting, Sight Seeing, Shopping.

Area:Minutes from wonderful restaurants on Lake Lure, 20 Minutes from Chimney Rock Park & Village, and a beautiful one hour drive to Historic Asheville!
