The Queen Ann Suite has a great location in building 2, just steps to the beach & pool. This first floor, end unit consists of 1,004 square feet and is true luxury at an excellent price. The suite has incredible views of the ocean & gardens. It's tastefully decorated with custom made furniture and fabrics. The living room has a large sectional sofa which pulls out to sleep 2 more guests. Twelve foot sliding glass doors open to a spacious wrap-around tiled patio with wood furniture. The suite also features a fully appointed kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area and laundry. The master bedroom is bright and airy with king size bed, Caribbean shutters and flat screen TV. This condo is perfect for beach lovers, snorkelers, scuba divers, golfers, couples (honeymooners) and families, alike. Rodales Scuba Diving Magazine voted Turks & Caicos in its top ten diving destinations.

**Restaurant: The Mango Reef Restaurant and Bar serves breakfast, lunch, dinner & drinks daily. **Beach: Complimentary use of bikes, hobie catamarans, ocean kayaks, snorkeling gear, lounge chairs, towels, umbrellas & sand toys.
