Unit is furnished with all new furniture, leather sofa & chairs, all linens supplied, hair dryer, washer & dryer, ice maker, microwave, coffee maker. Wet bar with wine glasses, etc. Very nice club house with all amenities. Go to the beach we provide you with chairs, towels, & a large cooler! Bike path to all areas including to Sanibel. House cleaning is provided bi-weekly but not for laundry. Activities: Golfing, fishing, beach shelling, shopping at outlet stores, great restaurants, movie theaters, boating, kyack,canoeing, biking, nature trails, Disney only 3 hours away. Area: Ft. Myers, Fl. only 30 mins from airport. 5 mins. to Sanibel Island, 10 mins. Ft. Myers Beach.

Disney only 3 hours away. Close to all major shopping, movie theaters, golfing, and hospitals.
